Last week, a trainer from the national children's charity, Kidscape, visited the school to talk about bullying, how to identify it and how to deal with it. If this is an issue which you feel your child needs help with, Kidscape offer free one day assertiveness training under their ZAP programme:
- It's for 9-16 year olds
- It's fun, interactive and will help your child respond to bullying in positive ways
- It will raise your child's confidence, self-esteem and teach them to be assertive
- There is a separate workshop for parents on the day
