We have some exciting new changes happening in Breakfast Club. We have successfully won support from the National School Breakfast Programme which is allowing us to extend our breakfast club provision. From 8.30am every day we will be opening up breakfast club to all children free of charge. Children will be welcome in school to enjoy 'Book and a Bagel' in the Year 5 & Year 3 classrooms, 'Activities, Games and a Bagel' in the Year 2 classroom, and 'TV Time and a Bagel in the Hall'. Breakfast club will still continue to open at 7.45 but we have reduced the charges to purely cover the childcare element of this : 7.45 - 8.30 £1 per child, 8.30 onwards free. Children who attend prior to 8.30 will have access to not only our magic bagels but a wide variety of cereals and juice. This is a brand new initiative which we are hoping will continue to grow and we will add new activities as the weeks go on.
